- Our contracts is from 1 February to end of November each year (10 months).
- January + December you pay Pro-Rata only for the days you stay @ R150 per day.
- DEPOSIT = ZERO.
- Contract + Admin fee (C+A Fee) = NON REFUNDABLE.
- C+A Fee = R2000 for single/sharing rooms or bachelor flats.
- From 2025 ALL room prices for NSFAS Beneficiaries (irrelevant if it is a single or sharing), will be the FULL NSFAS Funding tariff over 10 MONTHS
- There will thus be NO TOP UP for NSFAS Beneficiaries.

From 2025 ALL room prices for Self-Paying Tenants will be:
R4700/month (single room)
R4000/month (sharing room)
R5500/month (bachelor flat) -
ALL Tenants must be able to pay 10% rent per month until NSFAS
make payments.
(Self-Paying Tenants = Full rent per month) - REFUNDS within 14 days after NSFAS make payment will apply.
